Recently, DekaFit announced that they would be launching a new race format called Deka Atlas. It has now been officially announced, and the details are below. Deka Atlas is now added to DekaFit, DekaFit Ruck, Deka Mile, Deka Mile Ruck, Deka Strong, and Deka Strong Ruck, as well as team and co-ed team divisions for all three events. That's a lot of different options!

Zone 1: Barbell Thrusters x 20 - Male 95lbs, Female 65lbs
Zone 2: Burpee Over Barbell x 20
Zone 3: Surrender Lunges x 20 - Male 50lbs, Female 35lbs
Zone 4: Single Arm Dumbbell Ground to Overhead x 20 - Male 50lbs, Female 35lbs
Zone 5: Dumbbell Bear Crawl x 40m - Male 50lbs, Female 35lbs per hand
Zone 6: Sit Ups x 20 - Male 35lbs, Female 20lbs
Zone 7: Farmers Carry x 60m - Male 100lbs, Female 70lbs per hand
Zone 8: Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead Press x 20 - Male 50lbs, Female 35lbs per hand
